What I want to be able to do is change the slide duration in the Slide Properties.
CHANGE SLIDE TIME DURATION IMOVIE 10.1.7 HOW TO
I can manually drag it back but it is taking forever to pass through each 100th millisecond along the way. This video shows you how to adjust an image or multiple images at once and change their time according to your needs.Did you enjoy this video Thank You S. I changed all objects on the timeline to end when the audio does, after 8 seconds, but the "end" of my timeline still shows at 1000 seconds. Exporting simply compresses your project into one video file, and iMovie does a great job of doing all the hard work for you. However.and this is my actual problem.the slide where the offending audio file (which does work by the way, so I don't know what the error's all about.) was placed now has a timeline of 1000 seconds. Now it’s time to share your masterpiece with the world In order to do this, you have to export your finished project.
CHANGE SLIDE TIME DURATION IMOVIE 10.1.7 MOVIE
I have tried to highlight all of them (cmd+a) and then choose Window- Movie properties (or cmd J) - settings-then slide the little slider depending on the duration I am happy with. Now go to the My Media tab and click the Import icon to. Select Movie to combine photos, videos and music to make a slideshow. After launching iMovie, click the Project button and then click Create New. If necessary, pinch open in the center of the timeline to zoom in on the clip. To make a photo slideshow with music in iMovie, you can follow these steps.
Scroll in the timeline to position the playhead (the white line) where you want to split the clip. I, however, would like to change the duration of all the photos and set them to 6 seconds (for example) each. When you split a clip, you can adjust the duration of each section, remove unwanted sections, or add different titles to each section. I figured that this didn't actually crash the program, or stop me from working, but when I close and reopen the program the timelines are clear again and able to be edited. I am making a slideshow (pictures only) in imovie 10.0.9. When I insert it, I get a msg that Storyline may close, and the timeline on all my slides gets covered by a white box with a red X in it. For some reason, Storyline doesn't like one of my audio clips.
